Usernames and User IDs: • We collect your Discord username and user ID when you interact with our bot.

Messages: • Any information you voluntarily provide through interactions with the bot, including commands, queries, or other inputs.

Server Data: • Information about the server where the bot is installed, including server ID, channel IDs, and member information.

Activity Logs: • We may log interactions with the bot, including command usage and timestamps.

1. To Provide and Maintain the Service: • We use your information to enable the bot to function as intended, such as responding to commands, managing server activities, and ensuring the security of the server.

2. To Improve the Service: • We may analyze data to improve bot performance, fix bugs, and enhance user experience.

3. To Ensure Security: • Data may be used to monitor, detect, and prevent any fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.

1. With Your Consent: • We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent unless required by law.

2. For Legal Reasons: • We may disclose your data to comply with legal obligations or to protect our rights, property, or safety, and that of our users.

• We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. If the bot is removed from a server, we will delete any data associated with that server.

• If the bot is kicked from a server, all data associated with that server will be permanently deleted to maintain a clean database and reduce unnecessary storage usage.

Access: • You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you.

Correction: • You may request correction of any inaccurate data.

Deletion: • You can request deletion of your data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

• We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no internet-based service can be 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Plan Details: • We offer various subscription plans that provide access to premium features and commands within the Discord bot. The specific details of each plan, including pricing and features, are outlined at the time of purchase.

Billing Cycle: • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly/annual basis, depending on the plan selected. Your billing cycle starts on the date of your subscription and recurs on the same date each billing period.

Cancellation Process: • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

Refunds: • If you cancel within 7 days of the initial purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund.
• After 7 days, no refunds will be issued, and you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for renewal payments or unused time once a billing period has started.

Continued Access: • After you cancel your plan, you will retain access to all premium features and commands until the end of your billing period. For example, if you subscribed on 09/27/24 and cancel on 09/29/24, you will continue to have access until 10/27/24.

Data Retention: • Data related to premium commands will remain intact until the end of your billing period. After the subscription period ends, access to premium commands and features will be revoked, but the data itself may be retained for a limited period as per our retention policy.

Immediate Suspension: Once your subscription plan is cancelled or expires, all premium commands and features will immediately cease to function. There is no grace period—access to premium services will be revoked until you renew your plan.

Reactivation Requirement: To regain access to premium commands and features, you must renew your subscription plan. Once your payment is confirmed, all functionalities will be restored promptly.

Retention Policy: Although any data or settings associated with premium features may be retained for a limited period after cancellation, the premium functionalities themselves will remain suspended until renewal. No refunds or credits will be provided for the period of lost access.

Upgrading/Downgrading Plans: • You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes in plan will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle, and any changes to pricing will be reflected on your next invoice.

Prorated Charges: • If you choose to upgrade your plan before the end of your current billing cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrading a plan will take effect in the next billing cycle, and no refunds or credits will be issued for the current cycle.

Non-Compliance: • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to premium features if you violate our Terms of Service or any applicable laws.

No Refunds for Violations: • If we terminate your access due to a breach of our Terms, no refunds will be issued.

Modifications: • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any subscription plans at any time. Pricing changes will only apply to future billing cycles, and you will be notified in advance of any changes.

Grandfathering: • In some cases, existing subscribers may be allowed to retain their current plan and pricing for a limited period before being migrated to new plan structures.

We provide support for all subscribers during the active subscription period. Support includes bug fixes and guidance on using premium features. Additional support beyond this period may incur extra fees.

Initial Server Selection: • Upon purchasing a premium subscription, users must choose a specific Discord server to activate the premium commands and features.

Free Transfer: • Users are allowed one free transfer of their premium commands to another Discord server.

Transfer Waiting Period: • After the first transfer, subsequent transfers can only be requested after a waiting period of 7 days. This cooldown ensures smooth transitions between servers.

Data Deletion Upon Transfer: • Once the premium commands are transferred to a new server, all premium-related data from the previous server will be permanently deleted. This includes any configurations, command histories, or saved premium features associated with the original server.

Limitations: • Users can only transfer premium commands to one server at a time.
• After the free transfer, any additional transfer requests will require users to wait 7 days before initiating the next transfer.

No Data Recovery: • Once premium data is deleted from the previous server, it cannot be recovered, so users should ensure they are ready to move before requesting a transfer.

Scope of Work: • You are responsible for providing clear and accurate specifications for your custom bot. Changes to the scope of work after development has started may result in additional charges.

Compliance: • You agree to use the custom bot in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable laws. We are not responsible for how the bot is used after delivery.

Pricing: • The pricing for the custom bot will be determined based on the complexity and requested features. Payment terms will be communicated to you before development begins.

Payment Terms: • A non-refundable deposit of 5% is required before development begins. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion and delivery of the bot.

Refund Policy: • Refunds are not provided once the development work has started. However, if we are unable to fulfill the agreed-upon project requirements, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Options:
• Customers can choose to either pay the full amount upfront or pay 50% of the total amount to begin the development process.

Development Process: • The server will be developed on a personal VPS owned by us until completion.
• Once the development is complete, the customer will be given access to review the server before making the final payment.

Final Payment and Delivery:
• After approval, the remaining 50% of the payment must be made before the server is transferred to the customer's VPS or hosting service.

Clients with an Existing VPS or Hosting provider:
• If the client already has a VPS or Hosting provider and wants to update or create a new FiveM server from scratch, full payment must be made before any progress begins.

Cancellation Policy: • If a customer is unsure about proceeding, it is recommended to pay only 50% upfront.
• If the customer cancels the order after development has begun, the initial 50% payment is non-refundable.

Full Payment Refund Policy: • If a customer pays the full amount upfront and later decides to cancel for reasons unrelated to the product's quality, no refund will be issued.
• If the customer is dissatisfied with the server's development due to reasonable concerns, a full refund may be considered.

Server Files: • Upon full payment, the customer will receive ownership of the FiveM server files and configurations.
• We reserve the right to retain a backup copy for support and portfolio purposes.

Initial Support:
• We provide support for bug fixes and minor adjustments within 7 days after delivery, free of charge.

Ongoing Support:
• After the initial support period, further maintenance or feature updates may be subject to additional fees.

Cancellation by Client:
• The customer may cancel the project at any time. However, any work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed, and any deposits made will not be refunded.

Termination by Us:
• We reserve the right to terminate the project if the customer breaches these Terms or fails to provide necessary information to complete the project.

• Clients have the option to either pay the full amount upfront or upon project completion. All payments must be made in full before the website is delivered.

• All websites are developed on a personal VPS provided by us. Once the project is completed and full payment has been received, the website will be handed over to the client. At this point, clients can choose to either host the website themselves or allow us to host it for them.

• Clients who wish to host their website with us can explore our available plans and features at https://deckhost.net.

• If payment is not received upon project completion, the project will be terminated, and the client will not receive access to the website files or any associated services.

Users may apply to become Bug Hunters to identify and report issues within our services. By participating, you agree to the following:

• Bug Hunters must provide accurate and detailed reports of discovered bugs.
• Access to developer tools or consoles is granted solely for debugging purposes and must not be misused.
• Any exploitation of discovered bugs will result in immediate removal from the program and possible legal action.
• Bug Hunters may be eligible for rewards based on the severity and impact of reported bugs.

Users who promote our services are eligible for compensation based on the effectiveness of their promotions. Terms include:

• Promoters must use ethical marketing practices and refrain from spam or misleading advertisements.
• Compensation is based on predefined metrics such as engagement, referrals, or conversions.
• Payments will be made on a scheduled basis, subject to verification of promotional activity.
• Any fraudulent activity will result in termination from the program and forfeiture of payments.

Users collaborating on projects with Cogit Development will receive compensation based on their contributions:

• Primary contributors handling most of the work will receive 50% of the project's earnings.
• Partial contributors will receive 15% or less based on the extent of their involvement.
• Payments will be processed upon project completion and client approval.
• All collaborators must adhere to deadlines and quality standards set by Cogit Development.

Cogit Development offers partnerships to businesses and individuals aligning with our goals. Partner terms include:

• Partners may be granted access to exclusive tools, APIs, and resources.
• Clients will be assigned based on mutual discussions and agreements.
• Both parties are expected to uphold professional and ethical business practices.
• Partnerships are subject to periodic review and renewal based on performance.
